Our Story - About Apollo Portable Toilets

Jim Snyder started Apollo Portable Toilets in March 2009 after getting laid off from a large equipment rental company during the huge economic downturn. Rather than look for another job, Jim decided he would invest in his own liquid waste fleet and Apollo was born that May. Jim's reputation helped get those first few clients, but word quickly spread that Apollo is in business and provides a great service at a great price.

Apollo Timeline

• May 2009 - Founded by Jim Snyder.
• Jan 2010 - Served our 100th customer.
• 2012 - Apollo adds restroom trailers to its fleet.
• 2013 - Apollo serves its 1,000th customer.
• 2014 - Apollo now has over 2,500 porta potties and 100 toilet trailers in its growing fleet.
• 2015 - New website launched.
• 2016 - Apollo expands to its 50th city service area.
